Customer service can be a real grind, so it's refreshing to call in for help and get not only competent assistance but also a genuinely pleasant person to work with. Kaya helped me with the refund on my recent return today and had a great sense of humor while she quickly addressed my concerns. Great job Focus on your customer service - this is why I keep coming back :)

I was having trouble with a piano I recently ordered and it was stressing me out. When I reached out to customer service, they had answers for my questions, help me figure out the setup and effectively communicated with me throughout the duration of the issue. My interaction with them was extremely helpful and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. Definitely I will be purchasing from here again. Thanks for the help!

Focus Camera is my go to shop for most of my gear... I just ordered with Igal and it wasn't in the morning, it was late afternoon for an expensive purchase and was hoping for early delivery so I can charge and use it the following day.... He processed the order quickly and it was at my doorstep less than 20 hours later! I will definitely be recommending all my friends

After being screwed and lied to by B&H and Amazon for 3months(2months wasted on the former and 1month wasted on the latter), I directly placed an order with Focus Camera’s Igal over the phone on a Thursday afternoon. The fedex tracking number was shared with me in less than 2 hours and I got the camera I needed the next day, in less than 24 hours after placing the order. Camera was well packaged, new, and with zero existing shuttle count. Can’t be happier. If you are tired of robot and lying customer service associates from other retailers, try Focus Camera. It was my only and first purchase with me. I can’t speak for other’s experiences. But I will definite chose them if I need anything related to camera in the future.

I want to give a quick shoutout to Igal at Focus Camera. I've been working with him for 6+ years and he has been extremely supportive and flexible with our school's video purchases. Igal is always quick to respond and has been able to source everything we have requested, even items not listed on their website.

I saw a gently used electric guitar listed on Reverb from these folks. I messaged them about it, and they told me that it had sold on another platform already. I was bummed, but stuff happens, so no big deal. They then told me that due to the situation, if I still wanted the instrument they would sell me a brand new in box guitar (same make and model) for the price they were asking for the used one. In my 40 or so years in music and dealing with dealers, I have never even heard of a shop doing what these folks did with giving me a new guitar for the price of the used one I inquired about. Not to mention that from the time they shipped it to me it was in my hands in Ohio in like 48 hours! Absolutely amazing, especially in this day and age. Thank you again, and I will definitely be back when we need anything else. A++++++++++

I do not usually leave reviews, but the experience I had this week truly deserves one. I was trying to negotiate a bulk purchase for some accordions and the customer service I received was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Igal Avshalom. He responded quickly to every email and went the extra mile by coordinating with other departments to help find a solution that worked for both sides. Wishing the entire team a great holiday season.
